Seeking an associate minister to join the ministry of its growing congregation. The mix of responsibilities for this position is flexible and may include general pastoral ministry, youth ministry, or children’s ministry, depending on the experience, gifts and interests of the successful candidate.
For example, this position could be:
A generalist minister, primarily focused on pastoral ministry to adults, but also overseeing a portfolio of either children’s or youth ministry
A generations minister, with responsibility focused on the children’s and youth ministries at WAC
A specialist children’s or youth minister who will also preach and engage in pastoral ministry to the wider church
