Power to Change is looking for an HR Administrator to join our Leadership Development & Human Resources team.

You don’t need years of experience. You may have studied Human Resources, Business or a related field, or gained relevant experience through another role. What matters most is that you are a proactive learner, curious self-starter and collaborative team member with a genuine heart to serve others.

The role

Working alongside our HR Team Leader and wider LDHR team, you’ll provide practical HR administration and help keep our people processes running smoothly.

You’ll be involved in:

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, role changes, leave, performance reviews and exits.

• Maintaining HR documentation, personnel records and databases.

• Supporting missionaries through application, onboarding and ongoing service.

• Responding to everyday HR process enquiries and referring more complex matters to the appropriate team member.

• Contributing to LDHR projects and team needs.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with familiarity with HR practices through university study and/or practical experience, along with strong organisation, attention to detail and warm communication.

We do things a little differently here because of the unique nature of our organisation. You’ll be curious, willing to learn, comfortable using digital tools, able to handle confidential information with care, and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
