This is a Fixed Term role - 12 months – 0.4 FTE (2 days) The Network Pastor – Chinese Church (Cantonese Congregation Focus), works closely with the Chinese Church Lead Pastor to grow the Cantonese congregation. The Network Pastor is mainly responsible for the development and growth of pastoral care and discipleship through our Life Groups network, including both Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking Life Groups. The Network Pastor is also responsible with the Lead Pastor for the development and growth of the Chinese Church weekend services, with a primary focus on the Cantonese congregation. The Network Pastor works closely with the Lead Pastor – Chinese Church, to develop and deliver on the goals and vision for the broader Chinese Church congregation – spanning both Cantonese and Mandarin communities – in line with the Vision of CityLife...
