Key aspects of the role include: Leading CMS QNNSW children’s, youth and young adult programs across key events. Recruiting, training and supporting volunteer leaders to provide safe, Christ-centred and high-quality programs. Helping young people grow in missional thinking, prayer and action, in line with the CMS QNNSW Strategic Plan.
