Crossway Baptist Church is seeking a Pastoral Assistant (Primary Ministry) to support the creation of engaging small group resources for Prep–Year 6 within Crossway Kids. This 2-month fixed term role supports curriculum development, administration, and team collaboration to help children grow as disciples of Jesus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare small group notes and resources for Primary (Prep–Year 4) ministry.
Ensure all materials are age-appropriate, engaging, and theologically sound.
Contribute to curriculum planning and collaborative writing processes.
Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the Kids ministry team.
Support effective communication and collaboration across the Crossway Kids team.
