Do you love telling stories through film? Are you a creative videographer who enjoys taking an idea from concept through to final delivery—and wants to use those skills to help people know Jesus?

Crossway Baptist Church is looking for a part-time Videographer to join our Creative Arts team at our Burwood East campus.

Crossway Creative Arts exists to help others know Jesus through creativity. Working alongside ministries and campuses across Crossway, we collaborate with other creative teams to facilitate worship services and creative events and produce high-quality creative content that supports the mission of the church.

About the role
As Videographer, you’ll contribute across the full video production process—from development and planning through to filming, editing and delivery.

You’ll produce video content for our Burwood East campus while also collaborating with teams across Crossway on central projects. You’ll help capture the life of our church through regular B-roll and event coverage and play a hands-on role in maintaining our videography equipment, studio and production systems.

This is a varied creative role, so you might find yourself filming an interview one day, editing a story the next, capturing footage at a major event, or collaborating with a ministry team to turn an idea into something compelling on screen.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has demonstrated experience planning, lighting, filming and editing high-quality video content
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Illustrator
• Is confident working with professional video production equipment, including cameras and studio lighting
• Understands video production workflows and project management
• Works well creatively and collaboratively within a team
• Can communicate clearly and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Is organised, reliable, adaptable and willing to learn
• Can help train and coach others in videography techniques
• Ideally holds, or is currently pursuing, a qualification in Screen Production or a related field.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is creative and committed, teachable, dependable and able to work well under pressure.
