Looking for someone who brings experience, sound judgement and initiative; someone who knows how to keep an office organised, stay on top of the details and quietly make sure things get done......
Part-time | 0.3 FTE | Bella Vista, NSW
Experienced in administration? Looking for meaningful work without the full-time hours?
If you've spent years building strong skills in office administration, accounts, bookkeeping, executive support or office management — but you're now looking for a role that offers purpose, flexibility and a better work-life balance — this could be a great fit.
Diamond Women is looking for an experienced, proactive and highly capable Office & Accounts Coordinator to join our Bella Vista team for approximately 11–12 hours per week.
We're looking for someone who brings experience, sound judgement and initiative; someone who knows how to keep an office organised, stay on top of the details and quietly make sure things get done.
You may have spent many years in a senior administration or accounts role and now want something smaller. Perhaps you're balancing family or other commitments, returning to the workforce, transitioning from a demanding full-time position, or simply looking for a role that leaves room for the rest of your life.
Whatever your reason, your experience will be genuinely valued here.
About Diamond Women
For 20 years, Diamond Women has walked alongside women and families facing unexpected pregnancy, pregnancy-related challenges and the transition into parenting.
We provide free, confidential and compassionate support through counselling, practical assistance, case support, mentoring and community connection.
We are committed to treating every person with dignity, compassion, generosity and respect. Behind our frontline services is a dedicated team making sure the organisation runs well - and that's where this role comes in.
The Role
Working alongside our Office Manager, you'll help manage the practical administrative and accounts functions that keep Diamond Women running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software would be highly regarded.
Who We're Looking For
We'd particularly love to hear from someone with significant office administration experience who is intentionally looking for a smaller, flexible role where their experience can make a difference.
You may have previously worked as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Accounts Administrator, Executive Assistant, Administration Manager or Small Business Administrator.
You'll ideally be someone who:
Experience in a charity, church, community organisation or small business would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
A Role That Fits Your Life and Still Matters
We think there's something particularly valuable about this opportunity.
You don't have to choose between meaningful professional work and having space for the rest of your life.
At approximately 0.3 FTE, this role offers the opportunity to continue using the experience you've built over your career without taking on the demands of a full-time position.
It could be an ideal fit if you're looking for greater work-life balance, balancing family or other commitments, returning to the workforce, transitioning from a senior full-time position, or simply wanting your next season of work to have greater purpose.
The hours may be part-time, but the contribution isn't.
The work you do behind the scenes will help our counsellors and frontline team spend more of their time supporting women and families experiencing some of life's most challenging circumstances.
Our Vision and Values
Diamond Women is an organisation whose faith shapes why and how we serve.
We're looking for someone who shares our values and our commitment to treating every person with dignity, compassion and respect.
Because our work regularly involves women experiencing vulnerability and significant life challenges, maturity, discretion, empathy and confidentiality are essential.
How to Apply
If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you.
Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you would like to work with Diamond Women and what you would bring to the role by the 5th October 2026
