The Operation Manager will manage all aspects of the business including the Op-Shop, Cafe, Foodbank and Community Garden.
The Mustard Tree has provided emergency food relief to the community for over 15 years. Supported through the sale of second hand household items in our op-shop, we offer a range of community activities and services to assist Gods' people in need.
We seek a person who excels working in a team environment and can lead the ministry into the next chapter.
The Operations Manager will oversee the management of all aspects of the minstry including the Op-Shop, Cafe, Foodbank and Community Garden.
The successful applicant will thrive in a busy environment, offer support to retail and cafe operations, oversee foodbank processes, co-ordinate garden and maintenance activities and together with 10 PT staff, offer support and encouragement to our 90+ volunteers. The applicant should have strong administrative and communication skill, be physically fit and have a heart for ministry.
