Assist the OM to manage all aspects of the business including the Op-Shop, Cafe, Foodbank and community garden..... The Mustard Tree provides emergency food relief to the community through the sale of secondhand household items in our op-shop. We seek a person to initially take on an Assistant Manager role, with a view to moving into the Operations Manager role in the near future. The AOM will assists the OM to manage all aspects of the business including the Op-Shop, Cafe, Foodbank and community garden. The successful applicant will thrive in a retail environment, offer support to cafe operations, oversee foodbank processes and manage and encourage our 90+ volunteers. The applicant should have strong administrative and communication skill, be physically fit and have a heart for ministry.
