The Position:

We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time highly experienced People and Culture Administrator to join our People and Culture Department.

This position will support the People and Culture team and is responsible for a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle at the College. It also coordinates information flows for all people processes, contributing to the delivery of effective and efficient People and Culture activities and programs.

This position will also assist and support with key activities such as Talent Acquisition, WorkCover administration, regular running of reports, and monitoring employee compliance requirements.

The position is located at our Werribee campus.

Overview of Experience Required:

We are seeking a experienced People and Culture Administrator who can hit the ground running, as they utilise their many years of human resources experience. Typically, you will have worked in a number of industry sectors, having done similar roles for at least five years.

You are used to tight deadlines and ‘juggling’ tasks that are often competing and conflicting. You execute these with grace and humour, going the extra mile for teachers and non teaching staff, while ensuring that the College meets all those compliance and governance requirements that are a part of your role.

• Employment Contracts and Induction

• HRIS HR Module Data

• Compliance Administration

• Manage People and Culture Inbox

Qualifications:

• Certificate: IV Human Resources, or Certificate: Foundations of Human Resources - Australian Human Resources Institute, or relevant tertiary degree.

• Professional Membership of Australian Human Resources Institute.

• Heathdale is committed to child safe practice.
