About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Team member to play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our Finances & Logistics in our Perth office, to ensure the efficient delivery of bookkeeping and logistics support services to all our clients.

The Finance & Logistics Administrator required for 4 days per week (Flexible). This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation. This includes managing financial records, supporting payroll processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, aiding strategic financial planning, budgeting, insuring accurate reporting and other administrative activities.

The position also includes administering the distribution of our paper from our Perth Office monthly. You will oversee a small team of volunteers to sort and pack the papers ready for distribution across Australia. You will also maintain our subscription base and ensure invoicing, and payments are completed in a timely manner.

This role is based out of our Perth office and has flexibility on the days of work across the Monday- Friday work week. Our ideal candidate would love to join a Kingdom focussed organisation and has an experienced financial and logistics administration background.
