We are looking for a Receptionist who can become an important part of our team and help ensure our patients feel comfortable, valued, and well supported throughout their experience with us.

This role is perfect for someone who is engaging, professional, thoughtful, respectful and kind to patients and fellow staff members alike.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a key role in helping our practice run smoothly while creating a positive, holistic experience for patients, families, and practitioners alike.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointments and clinician schedules
• Answering phone and email enquiries in a caring and helpful manner
• Processing payments and managing administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
• Supporting our practitioners with general administration
• Helping create a calm, organised, and friendly clinic environment

About You

Previous reception or administration experience is preferred, particularly in a medical or allied health setting.
