Building a Discipling Culture (BDC) ministry is seeking an experienced Communications & Promotion specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and acquisition strategies, targeting senior church leaders through digital campaigns, content creation, partnership facilitation, and performance optimization. Working closely with the BDC Operations Manager, this 2 days per week role will create compelling promotional content for our coaching clusters and Intensive workshops, execute targeted digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to drive church leader engagement, and track and optimize campaign performance with regular reporting on acquisition metrics.
