Seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering high-quality support to NDIS participants living with complex mental health needs, autism (ASD), psychosocial disabilities, and dual diagnoses.
You will provide both community-based and residential support, ensuring participants feel safe, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting participants with daily living, personal care, and independence skills.
Providing emotional, recovery-focused, and trauma-informed support.
Encouraging meaningful community participation and social inclusion.
Assisting with positive behaviour support implementation under professional guidance.
Working collaboratively within a supportive, values-driven team environment.
