Seeking a passionate Junior Primary Pastor to lead and grow our Prep-Grade 4 ministry within Crossway Kids. This role is 4.5 days a week and will provide strategic and pastoral leadership to children and families supporting their growth as disciples of Jesus in a vibrant, team-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide key leadership and oversee the Prep–Grade 4 ministry.
Supervise and manage direct report staff.
Recruit, equip and develop volunteer leaders.
Facilitate discipleship through engaging weekly Biblical teaching and programs.
Provide pastoral care for children, families and team members.
Lead transitions between preschool, primary and upper primary ministries.
Partner with parents and contribute to the wider Crossway Kids vision.
Provide leadership and direction for local missional engagement.
