We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our training café and Op Shop. This unique role combines hands-on café and retail management with mentoring and training responsibilities. The Manager will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of retail service and coffee and food preparation, and support the development of trainees learning retail, hospitality and barista skills. Key Responsibilities include: Training and Supervision: support and mentor trainees in barista skills, customer service, cafe and retail operations Cafe Operations: manage daily cafe operations including rostering, stock management, maintenance and cleaning Op Shop Operations: manage daily Op Shop operations including volunteer rostering and property maintenance Customer service and sales: deliver excellent customer service in the Cafe and monitor for the Op Shop, resolving complaints and issues with a positive and...
