Employment Type: Casual A Taste of Paradise Organic Farm (ATOP) is set in a peaceful valley near Berry, on the South Coast of NSW. The organisation is a Not-for-Profit charity which has been operating since 1999. Our program is based on mentoring young people, mainly at-risk or disadvantaged, in a farm environment. ATOP operates a day program which incorporates Assisted Animal Therapy, One-on-One mentoring, and the development of Horticultural and Agricultural skills. Children aged five to twenty years are referred to ATOP's programs by Government agencies, welfare agencies as well as individuals from the community.
