Covenant Christian School is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Learning Centre (ELC) Director to commence on 20 January 2027. Full time with teaching load or part-time negotiable.
The Early Learning Centre (ELC) Director provides strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, Christ-centred early childhood education. The Director is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff recruitment, development and mentoring, and serves as the Nominated Supervisor, overseeing educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF), financial performance, health and safety standards, and positive engagement with families.
