About the Role
Permanent part-time position (minimum 3 days / 22.5 hours per week)
Flexible roster and working hours based on event schedules
Key Responsibilities
Manage event bookings and liaise with clients
Prepare and maintain venue spaces, including furniture and AV setup
Supervise casual event staff and ensure smooth event operations
Oversee food safety, cleaning schedules, and some building maintenance
