The Position

Administration Assistant (Senior School)
Full-time/ Permanent / Term Time only

The Senior Office teams deliver a broad range of services to support the School’s aspiration and intent, upholding its core values and Christian foundation. This includes reception, sick bay oversight and general student enquiries. The office maintains data entry into the school database (Edumate) as well as undertaking general office administration, photography, typing, email and mail. The office area has peak work times during school terms but the school has committed to maintaining office hours in most of the school holiday breaks.

Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Principal/Senior Office Manager, and in conjunction with the Senior Office Administration Team, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for operational support to the School as the first point of contact for the School.

Although predominantly a Senior Office Administration Team member you will have the opportunity to work with the Junior Office Administration Team in collaboration and support of the administration needs of the school.

The role also involves providing administrative support to the Deputy Principal Senior School.

The position is term time only, however may provide opportunities to work during break times for coverage, as well as leave coverage for staff when during periods of leave. All additional shifts outside of the normal roster will be paid accordingly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Working with Children check required
  • First Aid Certificate

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with Edumate, digital database maintenance
