Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Catering Manager to lead our catering team. Based at Advancetown on the Gold Coast and reporting to our Director – People and Culture, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our food service team at each of our locations (Gold Coast, Lennox Head, Glengarry, Noosa and our expedition programs) as they provide a calm and rewarding experience through varied, visually appealing and healthy meals at a reasonable cost in a clean and pleasant environment. This role combines both the administrative and strategic elements of menu development, ordering and rostering, as well as the practical aspects of food preparation, cooking and serving.

What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding Christian character with a mature faith and a passion for sharing the Gospel with children. An active involvement with a local church would usually be demonstrated
  • Qualified chef or similar
  • Current Blue Card (working with Children)
  • Current Manual Driver’s License
