The Worship Ministry Director role (3 days/wk) role is responsible to deliver consistent, quality, Spirit-led worship services over our three Sunday services, acting as the culture-setter and anchor for the team of worship leaders, musicians and tech people.
The role would suit a highly competent musician and worship leader with experience in the following areas:
- Worship leading
- Musical directing of a worship band
- Building, leading and organising teams
- Using systems for organisation and communication
- Quality production environments
