About the position:
We are inviting applications for a highly trusted and proactive Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO in a role that goes beyond traditional support. You will play a critical part in enabling executive effectiveness, strengthening governance practices and driving organisational alignment. Operating in a high trust, high discretion environment, you will bring structure, clarity and momentum to the Office of the CEO supporting decision making, tracking strategic priorities and ensuring the smooth coordination of Board, executive and stakeholder activities.

You are a highly organised and forward thinking Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast paced, high trust environment. You bring sound judgement, initiative and a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and creating structure that enables others to perform at their best. You are confident operating at Executive and Board level, with a natural ability to build trusted relationships and manage sensitive matters with discretion. You enjoy improving systems, simplifying processes and using digital tools to enhance how work gets done. Aligned to a values driven organisation, you bring a respectful and authentic approach to working within a Christian faith based environment.
