HealthServe Global is an international health & development ministry dedicated to giving hope to others by enabling and empowering the delivery of sustainable and transformational healthcare in resource-poor communities around the world.

Working in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the world, HealthServe Global partners with Christian healthcare specialists and community development practitioners to deliver a range of life-changing healthcare projects. This includes healthcare infrastructure, primary healthcare, medical training, resource development and emergency relief.

The key purpose of the Program and Operations Lead is to provide co-ordination and oversight of HealthServe’s core missional activity and the operational foundations that support our work. The role provides operational oversight across programs, partnerships, and internal systems, making sure initiatives are aligned, resourced, and delivered with excellence. It strengthens organisational rhythms, supports the core team, and builds the operational foundations that allow HealthServe Global to serve communities sustainably and with integrity. This role serves as the glue that holds the ministry together, safeguarding coherence between purpose, people, and practice so the ministry can multiply its impact with clarity and confidence.

We are a small team of people dedicated to this work, who are supported by a very engaged board. We have just undergone a significant transition and we are busy laying the foundations for growth. This is a critical role for this season in the organisation and we are seeking someone who can combine their administrative brilliance with a passion for developing life-giving programs. Someone with the ability to lead efficient back end systems and processes while supporting our amazing program partners is the ideal person. A background in healthcare or international development is an advantage, but not a must.
