The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining high-quality learning resources, supporting curriculum growth, and ensuring information technology systems and processes remain current, effective and well supported.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Support

  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date timeline for the development of new learning resources.
  • Develop and deploy assessments in line with agreed development timelines.
  • Update existing learning resources on an as-needed basis.
  • Maintain and coordinate a regular review schedule for all learning and teaching resources.

Information Technology & Systems Support

  • Update systems and processes as required.
  • Develop new and improved systems and processes when requested.
  • Provide IT support mechanisms to staff and students.
  • Provide onboarding and systems training for new staff.

General Administration

  • Provide broad administrative support across the organisation.
  • Coordinate schedules, documentation, records and reporting.
  • Assist with communication, resource management and general office coordination.
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

About You

You will be an adaptable and reliable all-rounder who can manage competing priorities and work confidently across both administrative and technical tasks. You will demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to manage timelines and follow structured review processes.
  • Confidence supporting staff and students with systems and technology.
  • The ability to explain processes clearly and provide training where required.
  • A proactive approach to improving systems, resources and workflows.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
