The Senior HR Business Partner provides HR support and enables parishes to navigate workplace matters with confidence and care. About You
The successful applicant will be someone who has extensive experience in Human Resources, who is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and who is able to develop a deep understanding of the nature of ordained and lay ministry in the Sydney Anglican parish context. You will have –
Experience and/or knowledge of the structure and operations of the Sydney Anglican Diocese is an advantage.
