Available Positions

Worship/Creative Pastor/Co-ordinator (2 days)

At Hope Community, worship is an integral part of who we are. We have a community of passionate and expressive worshippers and a culture that values Spirit-led worship in a variety of expressions. Our regular gatherings include time for both reflective personal worship and expressive outward worship.

Position Description

As the Creative Oversight, you will steward the creative ministry of our church, across all creative expressions. A key strategic priority for this role will be the pioneering and development of a vibrant youth worship ministry, raising up the next generation of worshippers and musicians.

Flexible Arrangement

We are also listing positions for: a Kids Pastor/Co-ordinator (2-3 days), Youth Pastor/Co-ordinator (2-3 days), and Young Adults Pastor/Co-ordinator (2 days) in a separate listing that may be combined with the position listed here.

• Someone with an intimate and growing relationship with God
• Someone passionate about worship and seeing the church engage with God
• Someone who can help other people develop their creative skills
• Someone with excellent skills in developing and leading teams
• A team player that will work well with the broader church staff and ministry leaders
• Someone with experience in leading worship – leading with an instrument is a bonus
• Someone with experience in ministry, leadership or has relevant skills.
• Someone with the relevant spiritual gifts, such as worship, pastoring, leadership
