Your Opportunity

Full Time – Castle Hill - Retirement Village

As our Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative, scheduling and customer service support across our Retirement Villages. You’ll help ensure residents receive timely, accurate and compassionate service — supporting their wellbeing, comfort and confidence every day.

By delivering exceptional resident care, accurate scheduling and reliable information management, you’ll help create a smooth, seamless service experience for residents, families and internal teams.

With empathy, professionalism and attention to detail, you will:

  • Manage resident enquiries, onboarding and documentation with accuracy
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records using Anglicare’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Coordinate and update service schedules, rosters and appointments
  • Communicate changes quickly and clearly to residents and stakeholders
  • Liaise with families, internal care teams and external providers
  • Triage incoming requests and direct them appropriately
  • Assist with ad‑hoc written communications to residents and teams
  • Support continuous improvement, WHS compliance and KPI achievement

What You’ll Bring

You are a calm, organised and people‑focused professional who loves supporting others. You deliver exceptional service, communicate with warmth and bring strong attention to detail.

You will need:

  • Experience in administration or scheduling in a busy environment
  • High‑quality customer service skills and a resident‑centred mindset
  • Confidence using CRM platforms, scheduling tools and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay composed under pressure

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Community Services
  • Familiarity with rostering, scheduling or care coordination systems
