Permanent Full-Time | CRU Educational Camps (CEC)
Location: Galston & Lake Macquarie, NSW
Are you passionate about finding the next generation of ministry workers? Do you have a heart for sharing the gospel with children and supporting their spiritual growth? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the work of CRU, not only being involved in the CRU’s ministry, but supporting CRU’s human resource needs as well.
Based at CRU’s campsites at Galston and/or Lake Macquarie, you will be responsible for organising and running recruitment events, participating in interviews and assisting in the induction of new staff. Additionally, you will also be part of CRU’s mentoring program, offering support and guidance to those in your care.
We are looking for someone with a mature Christian faith, active church involvement, and a passion for empowering people in ministry. If you have strong administration skills, excellent communication abilities, a love for connecting with people and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

CRU is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation whose vision is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to the students of the independent schools of Australia, to nurture Christians, encourage church membership and train young Christians for a life of servant leadership.
The number of Australian children and youth has grown dramatically since 1930 and demographers speak of significant future growth. Tragically, the proportion of children and youth attending church each week has plummeted. In fact, only 1 in 7 Australians attend church regularly. Many young people don’t personally know a Christian and have not heard of God’s love shown in Jesus. We are on a mission to help change that.
