$69,322 - $74,431 yearly

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for someone with unique skills to fill a dual role within our Operations team. We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who also has some great Administration and Customer Service skills to double as our Student Administration Assistant......

Who are we?

Christian Heritage College (CHC) is a fully accredited private Institute of Higher Education located at Carindale, Brisbane, that aspires to model a Christian higher education alternative. Commencing from a vision birthed by Emeritus Professor Brian Millis in 1986, CHC exists to re-imagine how we think about human flourishing, vocation, calling and the integration of faith and learning across all fields of human endeavour.

At CHC, we passionately believe that to educate requires a process of formation and holistic development. CHC courses are therefore not just about gaining a degree, or a specific skill set for future employment (as important as these are) but, rather, the development of whole persons.

Key Objectives of this role:

1. Survey and Feedback Management:

Manage and administer all CHC surveys to collect feedback from stakeholders including students, graduates, and staff. Ensure timely analysis and dissemination of results to inform institutional improvement and enhance the student and staff experience.

2. Data Collection and Compliance Reporting:

Oversee the collection and maintenance of student enrolment and staff data in accordance with legislative requirements. Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory bodies such as TEQSA and the Department of Education, including TCSI reporting.

3. Data Analysis and Quality Insights:

Conduct high-level analysis of data from surveys, enrolments, and focus groups to evaluate organisational performance, teaching and learning effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide actionable insights to support continuous quality improvement.

4. Data Provision for Quality Management:

Deliver relevant data and analytical reports to the Director of Quality and Standards (Registry) and other stakeholders to support strategic planning, compliance, and quality assurance initiatives.

5. Administrative and Student Support:

Provide administrative support to Student Administration and Admissions Officers, ensuring efficient processing of student applications and records in line with institutional policies and procedures.

6. Enhancing Student Experience and Institutional Engagement:

Contribute to a positive student experience by supporting institutional events, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and streamlining academic and administrative processes.
