Executive Assistant

Seeking an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join our QLD team......

0.4FTE (15.2 hours per week)

Location: Gold Coast/Tweed or South Brisbane

Key Requirements:

• The ability to demonstrate an active commitment to the Christian faith, consistent with the CSA Statement of Faith, and other applicable policy documents. All actions and conduct should reflect and model the doctrines and tenets of the Christian faith is an inherent requirement of the position.
• Relevant qualifications/experience in Administration Support.
• Demonstrated ability to provide the services and support outlined in the Major Responsibilities of the position.
• Capacity to assist with administration, documentation control and event coordination.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• A service mentality plus proven ability to problem solve and use initiative.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team, and with excellent time management.
• Flexibility to undertake some local travel and preparedness to work outside normal agreed hours as required i.e. for conferences and National Team meetings.
