As our Admissions and Student Services Officer, you will work part-time (4 days/week) on our Sydney campus, combining strong administrative coordination, with a genuine commitment to student wellbeing.......

As our Admissions and Student Services Officer you will:

  • Manage applications, admissions, and new student experience.
  • Support academic success and student retention, wellbeing, and proactive care.
  • Coordinate student services via CRM (Salesforce).
  • Support National Code compliance for Gender-Based Violence.
  • This role is part-time 0.8 FTE, 30.4 hours/week (4 days/week).
  • Remuneration: $65,084/annum pro-rated to $52,067/annum (excl. Super).

Essential Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):

  • Bachelor or higher-level degree or other significant period of study.
  • Excellent customer service skills (including digital, phone, and face to face communication skills).
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks while managing long-term projects.
  • Demonstrated Christian character and involvement in a local evangelical church.
  • Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code (https://tinyurl.com/mcstaffcode), and Christian ethos of Morling College.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in a Higher Education environment.
  • Experience in complex administration and/or compliance.
  • Use of Salesforce as a CRM tool (does not have to be in an educational setting).
