Seeking an Administrative Assistant to carry out general reception duties....

The HRLA Administrative Assistant is expected to:

  • Work on site in Canberra, commencing Feb 2026
  • Carry out general reception duties
  • Answer and direct phone calls and email inquiries
  • Arrange collection and drop off of mail
  • Manage office stationery and supplies
  • Manage office and legal filing
  • Manage IT – hardware, software and printers
  • Invoice Litigation, Advisory Service and Advocacy clients
  • Invoice and receipt donations
  • Collect income
  • Enter Invoices for payment
  • Have experience with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Assist with travel and accommodation requirements
  • Assist with planning and running events
  • Moderate social media
  • Design promotional materials
  • Prepare quarterly statistics and reports for Director
  • other administrative duties as directed by the Office Manager.
