We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Advisory Executive to join our high-performing Solution Design team. In this dynamic role, you’ll support our team by helping clients create meaningful events through the thoughtful coordination of professional speakers. You will also work closely with the MD to manage priorities, streamline communication, and enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who values client interaction and takes pride in strong administrative support.

Your role

Speaking Consultant (75%)

  • Manage and nurture speaker brands, ensuring profiles and materials are current and aligned
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers and speaking bureaus
  • Liaise with clients to understand event goals and recommend suitable speakers
  • Create tailored proposals
  • Identify and act on opportunities to support business growth and client needs

Executive Assistant to Managing Director (25%)

  • Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar, travel, and board meeting coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to plan team events
  • Provide ad hoc office management support
  • Answer and triage phone enquiries, ensuring calls are handled promptly and efficiently
