Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council delivers Christian Education to 1,800 students from the Macarthur community through St Peter’s Anglican Grammar, St Peter’s Heart, and Broughton Anglican College.

Due to internal movement we have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Officer to join our Central Services Team located at Broughton Anglican College.

The College is situated on an expansive semi-rural site, enjoying beautiful and spacious outdoor areas. The location is on the edge of south-west Sydney, a short trip to Sydney suburbs or regional areas of Wollondilly and Wollongong.

The main objective of the People and Culture Officer is to assist the People and Culture Manager in developing and maintaining all aspects of the employment process from recruitment, contract preparation, employment relations, award interpretation, performance management.

This full-time position will commence as soon as possible for the right candidate.
