Christian Finance is seeking an experienced, motivated Relationship Manager to grow and support our Victorian client network. This is more than a business development role, it is an opportunity to partner with churches, ministries, and Christian organisations, helping them access the financial solutions they need to achieve their mission.

As a trusted representative of Christian Finance, you will build long term relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and support clients throughout their lending and investment journey. You’ll be backed by a collaborative national team and an organisation committed to your development, faith and purpose.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a relational role, where you will:

  • Build strong connections with churches, pastors, and Christian organisations.
  • Drive growth in lending and investment portfolios.
  • Support clients with loan and investment enquiries aligned to ministry outcomes.
  • Represent Christian Finance at church events and within the broader community.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong relationship management and business development experience.
  • Experience in business banking, financial services, or lending
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Solid numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial services compliance is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly connected to a national team and state office located in Camberwell.

It is essential that the person in this role is a committed Christian, active in a local church and understands the Baptist, Churches of Christ, and broader Christian ministry context and has a genuine desire to serve and support ministry outcomes.
