Emmaus Christian School is a growing P-10 School of over 690 students, with 730 enrolments projected for 2027. As a non-denominational Christian school, ECS continues to seek the best possible teachers, curriculum and facilities for its students, partnering with parents to provide an excellent education and mentoring within a Christian worldview.

The Director of Enrichment and Inclusion provides whole-school leadership for inclusive education, learning support and academic enrichment across Kindergarten to Year 10. The role is responsible for establishing clear, consistent and educationally sound systems through which students requiring adjustments are identified, planned for, supported and reviewed. It also strengthens provision for students who require greater challenge by supporting teachers to extend learning and by creating purposeful opportunities for enrichment beyond the regular classroom program.

Applicants must have:

  • An active Christian faith and commitment to Christian education.
  • Recognised teaching qualifications and current teacher registration
  • Demonstrated experience and proven excellence in inclusive education
  • Highly developed knowledge of the NCCD, including levels of adjustment, categories of disability, consultation and evidence requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review effective personalised plans.
  • Experience leading, deploying and developing Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants or comparable support staff.
