Lead the day-to-day operation of one Wesley OOSH service, providing clear direction, mentoring and support to Senior Educators and Educators.....
About the Role
Wesley OOSH is expanding into Albury, and we are looking for two Centre Coordinators to launch and lead our new services at Albury Public School & Albury North Public School. Each Coordinator will lead their own service, with the opportunity to build something from the ground up and put their stamp on it from the very first day.
As Centre Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operation of one Wesley OOSH service, providing clear direction, mentoring and support to Senior Educators and Educators. You will be responsible for building safe, inclusive and high-quality programs that children enjoy and families trust. This includes overseeing daily operations, rosters and service performance, strengthening relationships with the school and local families, and creating a strong team culture.
You will work closely with our Service Manager and leadership team, help establish Wesley in a brand new region, and have the full support, professional development and specialist expertise of a large, established organisation behind you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who leads with purpose, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to build a strong team. Whether you are an experienced OOSH leader or ready to step into a Centre Coordinator role, we want to hear from you.
The Leader We’re Looking For
We are looking for leaders who are excited to build something new. People who understand that real impact happens through people, culture and community connection.
This role is for someone who sees beyond compliance and operations and understands that a strong service is built through children, families and a connected team.
At Wesley Mission, leadership is about influence. We want someone who leads with integrity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to bring people together around a shared vision.
We are growing into Albury, and we want leaders who can grow with us.
