This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Christian educator and leader committed to high-quality teaching and learning, student wellbeing, staff development, and the pursuit of excellence within a Christ-centred school community.
Working closely with the Principal and College Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal will provide strong, visible and relational leadership across Foundation to Year 12. The role will contribute to curriculum and teaching and learning, student achievement, staff development, student wellbeing, leadership development and the effective day-to-day operation of the College.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding educator and leader who can build positive relationships, provide clear direction and work collaboratively with staff, students and families. They will bring sound judgement, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to see young people flourish academically, personally and spiritually.
The position includes a teaching load of approximately 0.4 FTE, providing an opportunity to remain connected to classroom practice and model high-quality teaching.
