We are prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who is spiritually mature, theologically grounded, and Spirit-led—with a clear sense of God’s calling and a shepherd’s heart. The ideal candidate will be a relational and empowering leader who models Christ-like character, casts clear vision, and nurtures a culture of spiritual growth and servant leadership.

Christ Community Alliance Church (CCAC) is a vibrant, multicultural faith community worshipping in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. We are part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) Australia, committed to loving God, loving people, and making disciples of all nations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach the Word faithfully, aligning with C&MA and CCAC’s theological convictions.
• Lead the church with vision, discernment, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
• Raise and develop emerging leaders and co-workers with cultural sensitivity across generations.
• Equip members in their spiritual gifts and disciple-making.
• Provide pastoral care through visitation, mentoring, and prayer.
