About the Role

We are seeking a detail orientated and service focused Loans Administration Officer to support the accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, settlements, and ongoing loan administration. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, data integrity and smooth lending operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue loan documentation in line with approved terms.
• Coordinate with Christian Finance’s solicitors to enable loan settlements, drawdowns, and loan variations
• Ensure all conditions of loan approval are met.
• Assist the Loans Officer and Head of Lending as needed in the loan origination process.
• Maintain secure, accurate, and compliant loan files and records.
• Manage loan administration systems, data and support loan portfolio reporting.
• Support compliance obligations, including AML & record keeping.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
