Production Coordinator

Seeking a passionate, organised, and technically capable Production Coordinator to lead the delivery of excellent production across our Sunday services. This part-time role (2 days per week) is ideal for a committed follower of Jesus who enjoys leading volunteers, building healthy teams, and creating distraction-free worship environments where people can encounter God.

Working closely with the Worship Coordinator, you'll oversee the technical aspects of our services, including audio, lighting, visuals, and production systems, while equipping and developing a thriving volunteer production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Sunday production elements, including front-of-house audio, lighting, visuals, and service production.
• Ensure all production systems are operational and service-ready each week.
• Operate and oversee our DiGiCo Quantum 225 mixing console and associated production systems.
• Lead, roster, train, mentor, and onboard production volunteers, fostering a healthy, servant-hearted team culture.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Develop and document production workflows and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide mid-week technical support for church events, rehearsals, and ministry activities as required.
• Advise on production requirements for venue hire, including equipment and technical needs.
• Support the creation and upload of Sunday audio and visual content for creative, podcast, and online platforms.
• A committed follower of Jesus who actively supports the vision and values of Newlife Church.
• Experienced in leading and developing volunteer teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of live audio, lighting, and visual production systems.
• Confident operating professional live production equipment (experience with DiGiCo consoles is highly regarded).
• Highly organised with excellent communication and administration skills.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys solving problems and working in dynamic environments.
• Passionate about creating excellent worship experiences and empowering others to serve.
• A heart to serve and develop others.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• A desire to continually improve systems, processes, and team capability.
