Baptist Camping Victoria (BCV) is a not-for-profit Christian organisation operating three camp sites across regional Victoria.

We are seeking a Bookings Administrator to join our multi-site Bookings Team, which manages enquiries, bookings and customer service across all BCV sites — Camp Wilkin, Burnside Camp, and Mill Valley Ranch.

Based at Camp Wilkin, this role contributes to seamless bookings administration and enquiry response across the organisation, whilst also providing in-person support to the team on site. This role is ideal for someone who is both people-oriented and detail-driven and able to create a warm welcome and a smooth, professional experience from the first enquiry through to the final invoice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the welcoming reception point for guests at Camp Wilkin.

• Respond to phone and email enquiries across all BCV sites with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

• Proactively follow up BCV camp leads and enquiries, maintaining regular contact and anticipating client needs.

• Manage bookings, deposits, invoicing, and documentation using our Venue360 bookings and CRM platform.

• Support the administration and delivery of ministry camps and programs.

• Collaborate with all members of the bookings team to ensure consistency and a high standard of service across all sites.

• Provide backup support for administrative tasks and office operations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confidence in proactively engaging with clients and managing follow-up.

• Experience in reception or administration in a busy environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• A passion for Christian Camping and a willingness to uphold BCV’s Statement of Faith.
