We're looking for an experienced and passionate Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional events across our venue. This position combines client relationship management, event coordination and operational oversight to ensure every event is executed with excellence from start to finish.....

Reporting to the Convention Centre Manager, this is a true end-to-end events role. From the initial client enquiry through to event delivery, you will liaise with customers, prepare quotations, coordinate logistics, manage event requirements and bring each client's vision to life in an environment where culture, professionalism and excellence matter.
We are seeking someone with a genuine heart for people, a passion for outstanding service and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for every client. You will join an established and supportive team while also being capable of working autonomously, making informed decisions, confidently leading event staff when required, and ensuring events run smoothly and successfully.
Flexibility is essential, as this role will require availability for evenings and weekends in line with event schedules.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Significant experience in event coordination, event management or project management.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence leading teams and coordinating event operations.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to your work.
