Essential Criteria: Events and Conferences: • Manage event and function enquiries via phone, email and in person • Coordinate bookings from initial enquiry through to event delivery • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders • Prepare proposals, contracts, event documentation and booking confirmations • Liaise with clients to finalise event requirements including catering, beverages and venue logistics...
