About the role
As the Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for families and the voice of Wesley OOSH. You will manage enquiries, support enrolments, oversee CCMS processes, and handle accounts and payments across our services. This role requires someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and confident working independently while embedded within a high-performing leadership team.
You will work closely with the Head of OOSH and the wider management team, contributing to important operational conversations and ensuring families experience professionalism and care at every interaction. This is not a task based administration role. It is a position of trust, responsibility, and influence within a growing portfolio of 16 services.
You will have autonomy in your work and the expectation to manage your responsibilities without daily direction, while being supported by a committed team focused on strengthening our sector and delivering excellence across Wesley OOSH.
