The Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration is a pivotal leadership role, shaping workplace relations and remuneration strategy at scale during a period of transformation, growth, and national alignment.
About the Role:
As Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration, you will be a key leader within our People & Culture team, partnering with senior executives to deliver contemporary, commercially sound and values aligned people strategies.
You will lead the development of national ER/IR and remuneration frameworks, ensuring they support both compliance and a strong, purpose driven culture. This role is ideal for someone energised by complexity, who wants to help define the future of work at BaptistCare.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with national scope, reporting into the GM People Services & Systems. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
