Through counselling, family violence recovery support, financial mentoring, community support programs, and volunteer services, we provide practical assistance, hope, and care to individuals and families facing significant life challenges.
We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team. This role is integral to the delivery of our services, providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients while ensuring the smooth administration of appointments, records, and day-to-day office operations.
As Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations and providing administrative support across a range of Crossway LifeCare services. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy when working with confidential client information and appointment scheduling systems.
