Life FM is Adelaide’s family-friendly Christian community radio station, broadcasting hope, encouragement, and great music across South Australia.
We’re looking for an organised, positive, and detail-focused Traffic & Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Hendon and help keep the station running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a three-day-a-week position, transitioning to four days later in the year for maternity leave cover.
This is a unique opportunity to combine administration, scheduling, client support, and workflow coordination in a role that directly supports the mission and ministry of Christian radio.
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing sponsorship scheduling and supporting the station's sales and traffic functions. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure sponsorship campaigns, workflows, and broadcast logs are completed accurately and efficiently.
No two days are the same. One moment, you’ll be scheduling sponsorship spots, the next, you’ll be assisting with contracts, workflow requests, audio management, or helping coordinate station activities.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administration and systems, and genuinely loves supporting people and teams.
