About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and relational Donor Relations Officer to support donor engagement, donation processing, and reporting.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that donors are well supported, informed, and confident in the impact of their giving—directly enabling ministry outcomes across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing donations (primarily from Australian supporters)
  • Source new donors
  • Reconcile donations with finance reports
  • Manage donor records
  • Support donor stewardship activities (thank-you calls, letters, updates)
  • Assist in developing and improving donor management systems (CRM)
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership and fundraising teams
  • Track donation trends, campaign performance, and donor activity

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and empathetic approach to donor engagement
  • Experience in donor management or fundraising administration
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Team-oriented with a people-focused approach
  • Experience with CRM or donor database systems
  • Alignment with AEFI’s mission, vision, and values
